For all you artists and dreamers out there...  putting your wares up for criticism or wishing you had the courage or opportunity to do so...  keep believing in yourselves.  There are people out there who may not make your path easy.  But, that doesn't mean it can't be done.

If you had all the money in the world and never had to work again, what would you do?  How would you spend your time -- after shopping, travelling or whatever it is you'd do in the thrill of such a big change?  What would you do for free?  What speaks to your soul?

Every day that you can...  do something that moves you closer to that goal.  And don't shame yourself on the days that you don't.  When people would say it's about the journey, not the destination, I'd smirk, thinking "Your journey must be pretty good.  But, mine sucks."  (Maybe not exactly in those words.)  But, the problem with that is...  if you're only happy while attaining your goals, you miss a lot of what happens in between.  (Take it from someone who doesn't always see the forest.)

I guess what I'm trying to say, at the risk of sounding corny, is to love yourself and each other.  Nurture your talents.  Be patient and do your best.  Don't give up because someone doesn't see what you have to offer.  Someone else will.  And forgive yourself and others for not being perfect.  (I think we're all just trying to figure this stuff out as we go, anyway.)

My wish for you is all the good life has to offer.  Expect it.  Be open to receiving it.  And be willing to give a little...  or a lot...  without conditions.

I've never really been one who worried about whether people thought I was cool or not.  Then again, I've never broadcast what I think and feel for everyone to read.  I just hope any one of you reading this realizes how cool you already are.  And I hope you leave this site inspired to do something positive...  no matter what it is.

May you be blessed in ways you'd never envisioned.  And may you be a blessing with or without your knowing.
